7.30.12 Monday WOD

10 RFT:

3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45#/25# (use Dumbells/KBs/plates with belt)

5 Strict Pull-ups

7 Kipping Pull-up

The RX is to NOT come off the bar.  Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.  If you need to scale we will use various bands (least assist to greater assist)
